Westminster Beginning Band Fall 2026 Registration

This Registration is for the Sunset Ridge Elementary Location. 9451 Hooker St, Westminster, CO 80031.

The Colorado Youth Bands Mission Statement: To provide an inclusive instrumental music program that promotes youth development, fosters peer camaraderie, instills respect for culture, and develops a pursuit of excellence.

Fall & Spring Session Overview This form is for our Fall Session at Sunset Ridge Elementary, 9451 Hooker St, Westminster, CO 80031.

Beginning Band is a year-long program. We divide the time by Fall and Spring Sessions.

The Fall Session runs from September 16 to January 20. Wednesday rehearsals at 4:00 with a performance for parents and guests at the end of the session. More performance details to follow:

The Fall Session fee is $268.

Needs based financial assistance is available. Please contact us for more information.

Students will need an instrument, the method book Tradition of Excellence, Book 1, and a stand. We recommend renting. Instruments can be rented and delivered right to your home from Sweetwater via this link: https://www.sweetwater.com/instrument-rentals/rent/select-school/127586

If you’d rather rent elsewhere, most rental companies can provide the book with your rental, and it’s also available at local music stores or online.

Please note: Tuition must be paid by the second week of the session. There are no refunds.
